RESOLUTION NO. 63R-854
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 63R-735 NUNC
PRO TUNC TO CORRECT A CLERICAL ERROR.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 63R-735 determining the
necessity for and directing the acquisition, by eminent domain,
of real property for sewer and public utility purposes was passed
by this Council on the 10th day of September, 1963; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error there
was included in said resolution language which would indicate
that the property sought to be condemned was within the City of
Anaheim when in truth and in fact it lies outside the City Limits
of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
said language was included in said Resolution No. 63R-735 in-
advertently and through clerical error and does now desire to
correct same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that its Resolution No. 63R-735 be corrected
nunc pro tunc by deleting therefrom through interlineation the
words "City of Anaheim" as the same appear in the third and
fourth lines of the clause of said resolution which begins with
the words "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of October, 1963.
