A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 150.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
October 17, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 7286 granting Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 150 permitting the establishment and
operation of a private school, and the holding of boys' club
meetings upon the property described in said resolution,
subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property on which said
permit was granted has requested that Conditional Use Permit
No. 150 be terminated, and that the bond in the amount of
$1800.00, posted by the owner to guarantee the installation
of certain engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
as required by Resolution No. 7286, be returned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a private school
has not been established on the property described in said
resolution, nor has said property been used for the holding
of boys' club meetings, and that all Proceedings in connection
with said Conditional Use Permit should, therefore, be termi-
nated and said bond returned as requested by the owner of said
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by th e City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Conditional Use Permit No. 150 be, and the same are
hereby terminated, and that Bond No. 244142 in the amount of
$1800.00, executed on December 8, 1961 by Jessie L. Goodman,
Principal, and Pacific Indemnity Company, as ourety, in favor
of the City of Anaheim, be returned to Jessie L. Goodman.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 29th day of October, 1963.
