A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR R AD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner, of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of KTYnSH RrAKAM rRA an r1
FUMT NAKAMURA, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following describe real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 45.00 feet (as
measured at right angles to the center line of
Orange Avenue), of that parcel of land described as
follows:
The East 172 feet of the East half of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 001.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved nod signed by me
