A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
r,� lip utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EVELYN G. SMALZ, a widow;
ROBERT CAREY CORNETT and WILLA JEAN CORNETT. husband and wife.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Northerly 45.00 feet (as measured at right
angles from the center line of Orange Avenue)
of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 263 feet and
Westerly 160 feet thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim crept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to p to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of Gener.1 Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00),
