A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of CECIL KEITH a married
his sole and separate property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
For the purpose of this description, the center line
of said Winston Road is assumed to be the Westerly
prolongation of the North line of Lots 66 through 77
of Tract No. 2653, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 86, pages 47, 48 and 49 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Southerly 40.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Winston Road) of the East 230
feet of the West 345 feet of that portion of Lot
Sixteen (16) of the P. A. Stanton Tract, as shown on
a Map thereof recorded in Book 5, pages 23 and 24
of Miscellaneous Maps,,records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1m00)o
