A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM';: RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6R-760,
AND TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION
WITH PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT NO. 102-A.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on October 1, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -760 entitled,
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FIND-
ING AND DETNRN°INING THAT PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
REQUIRE THE CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT, TO WIT: THE KATELLA AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT, FROM
APPRO „I ATELY 1l9 FEET EAST CF STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD TO
APPROXIMATELY 28 &c FEET WEST OF STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD, IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, PROJECT NO. 102 -A; APPROVING THE DESIGNS,
PLANS, PROFILES, DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION THEREOF; AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT IN ACCGRDANCE WITH SAID PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, ETC.;
AND AUTHORIZING AND •DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A
NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS FOR TI-IE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF;”
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the plans and
specifications for said public improvement have not been ap-
proved by the State of California, and that Resolution No. 6:R -7
should, therefore, be rescinded and all proceedings terminated
in connection with said public improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -70 be, and the
sare is hereby rescinded, and that all proceedings in connection
with the Katelle Avenue Street Improvement, from anroxinately
1 19 feet east of State College Boulevard to approximately
2.3b0 feet west of State College Boulevard, in the City of
Anahe im, Project No. 102 -A, be, and the same are hereby termi-
nated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this cthi day of October, 1963.
