A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CORRECT
A CLERICAL ERROR, NUNC PRO TUNC, IN THE LEGAL
NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS ON JOB NO. 797.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on September 24, 1963,
adopt Resolution No. 63R -773 finding and determining that public
convenience and necessity required the construction and com-
pletion of a public improvement, to wit: The installation of a
water transmission main, together with the construction of a
service road for such transmission main, extending from the
present terminus of Lincoln Avenue, approximately 2100 feet east
of the Nohl Canyon Road, to the Santa Ana Canyon Road, in the
County of Orange, Job No. 797; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council did by said resolution authorize
the City Clerk to publish a notice inviting sealed proposals for
the construction, installation and completion of said public im-
provement, which notice was duly published on October 10th and 17th,
1963; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inadvert-
ence and clerical error said resolution and legal notice indicate
that a water transmission main is to be installed, together with
the construction of a service road for such transmission main,
when in truth and in fact said public improvement consists of the
construction of a service road only for a water transmission main;
and.
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error said
resolution and legal notice further state that 12 to 30 -inch
Reinforced Concrete Pipe is to be installed in the construction
of said service road, and further designate said public improve-
ment as Job No. 797, when in truth and in fact 12 to 42 -inch
Reinforced Concrete Pipe is to be installed and the correct desig-
nation of said public improvement is "Phase 1, Job No. 797 and
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to correct said
clerical errors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -773 and the legal
notice above referred to, published on October 10th and 17th,
1963, be corrected nunc pro tunc as follows:
1. That the following phrase, whenever used in the
description of the public improvement in both
the resolution and the legal notice, be deleted:
"The installation of a water transmission main,
together with the construction of a service
road for such transmission main
and that the following phrase be inserted in lieu
thereof:
The construction of a service road for Water
Transmission Main, Unit No. 6 ii

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of October, 1963.
ATTEST:
2. That the phrase in the description of said public
improvement, in both the resolution and the legal
notice, requiring the installation of 12 to 30 -inch
Reinforced Concrete Pipe, be corrected to read:
19 installing 12 to 42 -inch Reinforced
Concrete Pipe
3. That the last line of the description of said pub-
lic improvement, in both the resolution and legal
notice, be corrected by inserting the words "Phase 1"
before the words "Job No. 797."
