A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
ALMQUIST AND PRITCHETT TO MOVE A DWELLING
FROM 1446 SOUTH VAN NESS, SANTA ANA, 'I0 1413
EAST BLOSSOM LANE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, ALMQUIST AND PRITCHETT having filed a
written application for a house moving permit to move a dwell-
ing house from 11016 South Van Ness, Santa Ana, California to
11�1i3 East Blossom Lane, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 8th day of October, 1963, at the hour of 3 :00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an op-
portunity, to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, to-
gether with all evidence and reports submitted in connection
therewith, does find that said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said ALMQUIST
AND PRITCHETT for a house moving permit to move a dwelling
house from 14116 South Van Ness, Santa Ana, California to
1443 East Blossom Lane, Anaheim, California, be, and the same
is hereby granted subject to compliance with all the provi-
sions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code relating to the moving of buildings from a point outside
the City of Anaheim to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 8th day of October, 1963.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of, the City of
