A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PR PERTY AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 60.00 feet of that
parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.; thence
Southerly along the center line of said Section 26,
967.99 feet; thence North 88 41' 15" West, 117.7 feet
to an intersection with the Easterly line of the
Southern Pacific Railroad right of way; thence North-
westerly along said Easterly line of said right of way
to the point of intersection with the North line of
said Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 26; thence East along said North line, 363.87
feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 12 feet of the
Northerly 60 feet of the Westerly 35 feet of the East-
erly 64 feet.
