63-0781AREAS, a proposed agreement for payment by the
United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare to
the City of Anaheim for preparation of medical self -help tele-
vision lessons has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim for execution; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed and examined
by said City Council, the Civil Defense Coordinator, and the
Office of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, said Civil Defense Coordinator has recommended
that the City of Anaheim enter into such an agreement, and the
City Council having reached the conclusion that it will be to
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to execute said
agreement.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
EXECUTION OF A MEDICAL SELF -HELP AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE UNITED
STATES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND
WELFARE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City
