A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM MENDING RESOLUTION
Nn. 63R-558 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEED-
INGS NO. 62-63-120.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 25, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 632-555 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 62-63-120 finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be chanced
from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set
forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. L of said Resolution
No. 63R-55d reads as follows:
"L. That a modified cul-de-sac shall be provided at
the terminus of MacDuff Street, which cul-de-sac
shall be subject to approval of the City of Stanton."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condi-
tion No. 4 should be amended as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 632-558 in Reclas-
sification Proceedings No. 62-63-120 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending ConditTon No. 14 thereof to read as follows:
"b... That a modified cul-de-sac shall be provided at
the terminus of MacDuff Street, which cul-de-sac
shall be subject to approval of the City of Stanton
or such other modifications as may be required by
the City or Anaheim."
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 63R-553 shall be and remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 17th day of September, 1963.

17th day of September, 1963.
