63-0752RESOLUTION NO 63R_ 752 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE- MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owners of said property haVe offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of CLAUDE G. CROSBY and GENEVIEVE M. CROSBY. husband and wife. to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that portion of Lots 13 and 17 of the Miles Rancho, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, Page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the center line intersection of La Palma Avenue and Palm Street (now known as Harbor Boulevard), as showm on a Record of Survey Map filed in Book 9, Page 41 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence North 15 02' 00" West along the center line of said Palm Street (now known as Harbor Boulevard) a distance of 2 feet; thence South 83 23 40" West a distance of 45.91 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 45.00 feet Westerly (as measured at right angles from the center line of said. Palm Street); thence South 15 02 00" East along the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 141.10 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 104 57 40" an arc distance of 1.5.80 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Northerly, as measured at right angles from the center line of said La Palma Avenue; thence South 89° 551 40" West along the last mentic parallel line a distance of 32.32 feet; thence South 0 00 40" West 53.00 feet to the center line of said La Palma Avenue; thence North 89° 55 40" East along the center line of said La Palma Avenue a dis- tance of 125.68 feet to the point of beginning. -1- be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim .ccept a convey- ance of said property.
