A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LAWRENCE W. ALLEN and
ABILENE ALLEN. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across those parcels of land de-
scribed as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
The Westerly 45.00 feet (as measured at right angles)
to the center line of Dale Avenue of the Southerly
674.00 feet of the West half of the Southwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to the
State of California in Deed recorded in Book 3487,
Page 456, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the West one
half of the Southwest one- quarter of the Southeast
one quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, said Southwest corner being the center line
intersection of Dale Avenue and Lincoln Avenue, for
the purpose of this description, thence Northerly
along the center line of said Dale Avenue a distance
of 65.14 feet, thence Easterly parallel with the..,

section with a line parallel with and 45.00 feet
Easterly of the center line of said Dale Avenue,
said point of intersection being the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and
having a radius of 25 feet, thence Southerly and
Easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 90 07' 02 an arc distance of 39.32 feet to
an intersection with a line parallel with and
40.00 feet Northerly, as measured at right angles
to the center line of said Lincoln Avenue, said
center line of Lincoln Avenue for the purpose of
this description being the South line of the West
one -half of the Southwest one- quarter of the South-
east one- quarter of said Section 12, thence
Southerly to the center line of said Lincoln Avenue,
thence Westerly along the center line of said
Lincoln Avenue to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to the
State of California in Deed recorded in Book
34 page 456, records of Orange County, California.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion thereof within
parcel one above described.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
