A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
ublic utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAVIL CORP, a corpora-
tion organized under the laws of the State of California,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 30.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of Trident Street) of that portion
of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said Section is shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of said Southeast
quarter, Southerly 296.07 feet from the Northwest corner
of said Southwest quarter; thence Easterly in a direct
line 1322.18 feet to a point on the Easterly line of the
said Southwest quarter Southerly 292.00 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence Southerly
368.00 feet along said Easterly line to the Southeast corner
of said North half; thence Westerly in a direct line 1321.70
feet to the Southwest corner of said North half; thence
Northerly 366.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion thereof included within Tract No. 3149,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 120, page 12 of said
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th d of September 1963
