63-0723RESOLUTION NO, 63R- 723 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPO7r7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for public utility and itemporaryconstruction_purpojes and WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of CLJRENE .B1JRBANK ELIZABEILLEILLLBURBANK„husband and wife to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for easements for _public utility and temporary construction •ur oses and more particularly .escribed as fo lows: PARCEL ONE: An easement for public utility purposes including a sanitary sewer easement over, under and across a strip of land 15.00 feet in width, lying within that parcel of land described in Parcel Two (2) conveyed to Clarence M. Burbank and Elizabeth Bell Burbank, husband and wife, by deed recorded in Book 2443, page 530 of Official Records of Orange County, California, the center line of said 15.00 foot strip being described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Eight (8) of Mrs. Bush's Subdivision of a portion of Bush Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 36, Page 52 of Mis- cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence North 0 10' West along the Westerly line of said Lot Eight (8) and the Northerly prolongation thereof, a distance of 1932.63 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 80° La' 11" East 65.06 feet; thence South 7 431 25" East 826.80 feet; thence South 77 50' 23" East 300.93 feet; thence South 83° 58' 13" East 301.54 feet to the intersection with the West line of Lot Three (3) of said Mrs. Bush's Subdivision. The South line of 15.00 foot strip to be lengthened or shortened as the case may be to coincide with the West line of Lot Eight (8) and the West line of Lot Three (3) of said Mrs. Bush's Subdivision. PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the Northerly line of said 10.00 foot strip being the Southerly line of the above described Parcel One. Said temporary easement to expire upon completion of the installation of a sewer main but not later than May 1, 1964. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey- ance of said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
