A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES AND
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for public utility
purposes and temporary construction purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of J. M. BUSH, also known as
John M. Bush, Jr., and EMELIE BUSH, his wife, and VICTOR M.
BUSH, a single man, and MILDRED B. ANDREW, a married woman, who
acquired title as Mildred N. Bush, a single woman to sell to the
C ity of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for easements for public utility purposes and tempo-
rary construction purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
Easements over the real property in the County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for public utility purposes
including a sanitary sewer easement over, under and
across a strip of land 15.00 feet in width, the center
line of said strip being described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Eight (8) of
Mrs. Bushes Subdivision of a portion of Bush Tract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 36, page 52 of Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;
thence North 0 10 West along the Westerly line of
said Lot Eight (8) and the Northerly prolongation
thereof, a distance of 1932.63 feet; thence North 80
411 11" West 1.27 feet; thence North 80 281 06" West
85.50 feet; thence North 86° 50 00" West 216.63
feet; thence South 87 08 00" West 15141 feet; thence
South 870 551 43" West 0.82 feet to the point of inter-
section with the Westerly line of that parcel of land
described by deed recorded August 15, 1960 in Book
5374, Page 333 of Official Records of Orange County,
California, said point of intersection being the true
point of beginning; thence South 85° 55 43" West
260.39 feet; thence South 81 59 30" West 248.00 feet
thence South 78° 171 West 232.40 feet; thence South
75° 261 56" West 3.04 feet.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and
across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the Northerly
line of said strip being the Southerly line of the above
described Parcel One.

Said temporary easement to expire upon completion of
the installation of a sewer line but not later than
May 1, 1964.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
