desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
and public utility purposes;
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GIOVANNI CASELLA and
ANNETTA CASELLA husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 45.00 feet
(as measured at right angles from the center
line of Anaheim Road) of Lot 7 in Block 5 of the
Golden State Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 203.00 feet
conveyed to Richfield Oil Corporation in
deed recorded May 3, 1963 as Document No.
3245 of Official Records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, ccepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
