A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY AND
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for public utility
and temporary construction purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of E. T. BRADLEY and
IRENE E. BRADLEY, husband and wife, MONA E. BETTIN, a single
woman, and THEODORE B. KUCHEL and GENEVIEVE U. KUCHEL, husband
and wife, who acquired title as Genevieve 0. Kuchel, to sell
tothe City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for easements for public utility and
temporary construction purposes, and more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
An easement for public utility purposes including
a sanitary sewer easement over, under and across
the Northerly 15.00 feet, as measured at right angles
to the Northerly line of that parcel of land con-
veyed to E. T. Bradley et al, described as Parcel 3
in deed recorded February 7, 1951 in Book 2140,
page 541 of Official Records of Orange County,
California.
PARCEL TWO:
A temporary construction easement over and across
a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the Northerly
line of said strip being the Southerly line of the
above described Parcel One.
The above described temporary easement to expire
upon completion of the installation of a sewer
main, but not later than May 1, 1964.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of August 19 63
