A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 571!2 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 59 -60 -39
BY DELETING CONDITION NO. 1.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on January 12, 1960
adopt Resolution No. 57142 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. F- 59 -60 -39 declaring its intention to reclassify the
property and area therein described from R -1, Single Family
Residential Zone to C -1, Neighborhood- Commercial Zone, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
follows:
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said resolution reads as
"1. That the owners of subject property place of record
standard City of Anaheim C -1 Deed Restrictions,
approved by the City Attorney, which restrictions
shall limit the C -1 uses of said property to Banks,
Medical and Dental Offices, Pharmacies, Professional
Offices, Non Retail Service Businesses, and any uses,
except Restaurants, which may hereafter be authorized
and permitted under future zoning of the City of
Anaheim in the proposed C -7, Business and Professional
Office Zone."
AND WHEREAS, one of the applicants for said change of
zone has requested that Condition No. 1 be deleted from said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said request
should be granted and that Condition No. 1 should be deleted
from Resolution No. 5742; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted reclassifying said property and
completing said proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5742 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 59 -60 -39 be, and the same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom Condition No. 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 571I? be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this lath day of August, 1963.
