RESOLUTION NO 0 63R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FI AND DETERMINING
THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN
MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXA-
TION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF AIM KNOWN AND DESIG-
NATED AS CITY OF ANAHEIM OLIVE HILLS
RESERVOIR ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the City
did on the 2 day of
written petition asking that
said petition be annexed to
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution
No.63R -81 designating the said proposed annexation as
CITY OF ANAHEIM OLIVE HILLS RESERVOIR ANNEXATION; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did fix. the 5th day
of March 19 63 at the hour of 3:00 P.M., at
the City Counci hamber in the City Hall of the City of
Anaheim, as the day, hour and place when and where the City
Council would hear protests made by the owner or owners of
any real property within the territory proposed to be
annexed; and
WHEREAS, said hearing on, protests was held on the
5th day of March 1963
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that. the City
Council does find and declare that a majority protest

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 5th day of March 1963

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 63R -165 was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of
the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 5th day of
March, 1963, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton Chandler, Krein and Coons
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT% COUNCILMAN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -165 on the
5th day of March, 1963.
