A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD, PUBLIC UTILITY,
ELECTRIC POWER LINES AND OVE RHANG URPO

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirou
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit Easements for r. -d •u•' t'
tower lines and overhang_ purposes an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of FRITZ GOOSSENS and ROSE GOOSSENS
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californi
to be used for easements for road, public utility, electric power
lines and overhang ourooses
and more particularly described as follows
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Westerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the
center line of Euclid Street) of the North half of the Lot Two
(2) as shown on a Record of Survey of a part of Section 4,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M., filed in Book 1,
page 55 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 27 feet thereof.
For the purposes of this description the West line of said Lot
Two mentioned above is assumed to be the center line of said
Euclid Street.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly five (5) feet, the Southerly
five (5) feet, of all of said Lot Two described above in
Parcel One.
PARCEL THREE: An easement for electric power lines and overhang
purposes over, under and across the Easterly three (3) feet and
the Southerly three (3) feet of the Northerly eight (8) feet,
and the Northerly three (3) feet of the Southerly eight (8)
feet of all of said Lot two described above in Parcel One.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of February 63
