A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 62R -839 AND
MINUTES OF THE CITY,COUNCIL, BY SUBSTITUTING
THE TERM "REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY" FOR THE TERM
"URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY."
WHEREAS, the City
did establish itself as the
of Anaheim by Resolution No.
and
Council of the City of Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency of the City
6966, adopted June 6, 1961;
WHEREAS, such agency was inadvertently referred
to in Resolution No. 62R -839 as the Urban Renewal Agency;
and
WHEREAS, in several references to the agency in
the minutes of the City Council it has been referred to as
the Urban Renewal Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -839 be, and
the same is hereby amended by utilizing the term "Redevelop-
ment Agency" of the City of Anaheim in place of the term
"Urban Renewal Agency," in all places where such latter term
is used in said resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all minutes of the City
Council, where the term "Urban Renewal Agency" is used, are
hereby amended by substitution of the term "Redevelopment
Agency" of the City of Anaheim for the term "Urban Renewal
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of February 19 63

ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -152 on the
19th day of February, 1963.
