desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SYTZE SYBRANDY and
ANN SYBRANDY, husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly descri ed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet
(measured at right angles to the center line
of Euclid Street) of that portion of the South-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, partly
in the Rancho Los Coyotes and partly in the Rancho
Las Bolsas, as said Southeast quarter is shown
on a Map of Tract No. 2722, recorded in Book 74,
pages 27, 28 and 29 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 20;
thence North 0 55' 00" East 1,135.46 feet
along the East line thereof to the true point
of beginning; thence North 89 05' 00" West 150.00
feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 39 of said
tract; thence North 0 55' 00" East 91.14 feet
along the East line of said lot; thence
South 89 22' 57" East 150.00 feet to the
East line of said Section 20; thence
South 0 55' 00" West 91.93 feet to the true
point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
