A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
TO THE CIT
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of STAR DUST HOMES INC.,
r ra n organized under the laws of the State of
California.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land,
being a portion of the South half of the South
half of the Southeast quarter of the North-
west quarter and a portion of the Northeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 20,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
All of that parcel of land shown as NOT A PART
OF TRACT NO. 3325, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 103, pages 39, 40 and 41 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
