RESOLUTION NO. 63R -117
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 62R -808
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 283.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
September 4, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R -808 granting Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 283 permitting the construction of a
multiple family planned -unit development on the property there-
in described, subject to certain conditions mentioned in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence or oversight, the
approved revised plans for the development of subject property
provide for the construction of carports on the property line
in violation of Section 18.32.100 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
which requires that when a lot abuts upon an existing or proposed
alley, all garages or buildings shall be located not less than
15 feet from the center line of such abutting alley; and
WHEREAS, a written request has been received by the
City Council from Gail S. Sims for a waiver of said requirement
of Section 18.32.100 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, after a careful consideration and review of
the plans, the City Council finds that said request should be
granted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -808, adopted
September 4, 1962, granting Conditional Use Permit No. 283, be,
and the same is hereby amended by permitting a waiver of
Section 18.32.100 of the Anaheim Municipal Code requiring
garages or buildings to be located not less than 15 feet from
the center line of an abutting alley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 62R -808 shall be and remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of February, 1963.
