A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A MOVING PERMIT
TO ANTHONY F. PARRA TO MOVE A BUILDING
FROM 908 SOUTH BEACH BOULEVARD, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, TO 735 SOUTH BEACH BOULEVARD,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, ANTHONY F. PARRA having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move an office
building from 908 South Beach Boulevard, Anaheim, California,
to 735 South Beach Boulevard, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 13th day of February, 1963, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as
the names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax
assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
permit should be granted with the understanding that the
granting of said permit will in no way predetermine the action
on an application for a variance now pending to permit residen-
tial use of the existing home located on the property on which
it is proposed to move said building, and with the further
understanding that should said application for a variance be
denied, the applicant will have no recourse
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Anthony F. Parra for
a house moving permit to move an office building from 908 South
Beach Boulevard, Anaheim, California, to 735 South Beach Boule-
vard, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted,
subject to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15,
Chapter 15 32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving
of buildings from a point within the City of Anaheim onto a lot
within the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said house moving permit
be and the same is granted with the understanding that the
granting of said permit will in no way predetermine the action
on an application for a variance now pending to permit residen-
tial use of the existing home located on the property on which
it is proposed to move said building, and with the further
understanding that should said application for a variance be
denied, the applicant will have no recourse,
