RESOLUTION NO. 63R- 72
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR PARKWAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: parkway purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MARION E. MOORE and
H. B. LEAR, as their sole and separate property, to sell to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for parkway purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
Those portions of the northwest quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, described as follows:
PARCEL 1
Beginning at a point which is South 0 07' 30" West
454.53 feet and North 89 52' 05" East 61.48 feet from
the northwest corner of said northwest quarter; thence
continuing North 89 52' 05" West 108.52 feet; thence
South 0 07' 30" West 4.12 feet to a point of intersec-
tion with a non tangent curve concave southerly having
a radius of 343.77 feet, a radial line through which
point bears North 12 42' 52" East; thence westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 2 50' 47"
and a length of 17.08 feet to the beginning of a tangent
line; thence along said tangent line South 89 52' 05"
West 79.84 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave northeasterly having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence
westerly and northwesterly along said curve through a
central angle of 35 24' 02" and a length of 12.36 feet
to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2
Beginning at a point which is South 0 07' 30" West 521.53
feet and North 89 52' 05" East 65.48 feet from the north-
west corner of said northwest quarter; thence continuing
North 89 52' 05" East 104.52 feet; thence North 0 07' 30"
East 2.80 feet to a point of intersection with a non
tangent curve concave southerly having a radius of 283.77
feet a radial line through which point bears North 3 15'
45" East; thence westerly along said curve through a cen-
tral angle of 3 23' 40" and a length of 16.81 feet to the
beginning of a tangent line; thence along said tangent
line South 89 52' 05" West 75.26 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave southeasterly having a radius of
25.00 feet; thence westerly and southwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 29 46' 37" and a length
of 12.99 feet to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and th..t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
