A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for road and ublic utilit ur oses
an
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the Ci y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CECIL KEITH a married man as his
sole and se•arate •ro•ert
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and •ublic utilit •ur•oses
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Southerly 32.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Winston Road) of the East 230 feet
of the West 345 feet of that portion of Lot Sixteen (16)
of the P. A. Stanton Tract, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 5, pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description the center line
of said Winston Road is assumed to be the South line
of said Lot 16.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
