A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION TO
THE CITY OF ORANGE OF TERRITORY KNOWN AND
DESIGNATED AS CITY OF ORANGE ANNEXATION NO.
207.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council
of the City of Anaheim a written petition requesting annexation
of the hereinafter described territory to the City of Orange
and consenting to said annexation; and
WHEREAS, said petition is signed by at least two thirds
of the freeholders holding at least two thirds in value of the
property of said territory now within the corporate limits of the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the territory
is uninhabited territory and that the provisions of Section 35304
of the Government Code of the State of California are applicable
to this proceedings; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the exclusion of
the hereinafter described territory from the City of Anaheim and
the annexation thereof to the City of Orange would be in the best
public interest and in the interest of the City of Anaheim and the
citizens thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that consent be, and it is hereby given to
the City of Orange to annex the following described territory,
which is now within the City Limits of the City of Anaheim, to
wit:
Commencing at a point in the common boundary line between
the City of Anaheim and the City of Orange as established
by Anaheim Northeast Annexation No. 2 -A, passed by Ordi-
nance No. 1269 on August 12, 1958 and filed with the
Secretary of State on September 12, 1958 and recorded
September 17, 1958 in Official Records of the County Re-
corder, County of Orange, State of California, and Orange
Annexation No. 92 passed by Ordinance No. 711 on October
8, 1957 and filed with the Secretary of State November 12,
1957 and recorded November 12, 1957 in Official Records of
the County Recorder, County of Orange, State of California,
said Common Boundary Line hereinafter described in part and
established as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the heretofore mentioned
common boundary line with the easterly line of that portion
of land conveyed to the State of California, described as
Parcel 1 of deed recorded December 23, 1960 in Book 5563,
page 227 of Official Records in the office of the County
Recorder, County of Orange, State of California; said
point of intersection being North 33 01' 38" East 87.41
feet from the Southerly terminus of that certain course
described in the last mentioned deed as having a bearing
of North 33 01' 38" East and having a distance of 503.61
feet; said point of intersection being hereinafter referred
to as Point "A" thence South 52 43' 23" East 578.82 feet;
thence South 81 58 54" East 1335.06 feet; thence North

89 24' 10" East 2640 feet, more or less, to Point "B
said Point "B" being the point of intersection with the
East line of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 9 West,
S.B.B. M., as referred to in the heretofore mentioned
City of Anaheim Northeast Annexation No. 2 -A and the
City of Orange Annexation No. 92, said point of inter-
section being South 0 36' 45" East 1889.00 feet from
an angle point in the Southwesterly line of Lot 11 of
Tract No. 58, Peralta Hills Tract No. 1, recorded in
Book 10, page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, State of California, said angle point being the
Easterly terminus of a portion of the Southwesterly line
of said Lot 11, which bears North 89 43' West and has a
length of 374.32 feet.
The above described boundary line is hereinafter referred
to as the Common Boundary Line of 1957 -58.
Beginning at the heretofore mentioned Point "A said
point being the true point of beginning, thence
1. North 33 01' 38" East 133.51 feet along the Easter-
ly line of that portion of land conveyed to the
State of California, described as Parcel 1 of deed
recorded December 23, 1960 in Book 5563, page 227
of Official Records in the office of the County Re-
corder, County of Orange, State of California; thence
2. South 59 02' 00" East 167.03 feet to an intersection
with a curve concave Southeasterly, having a radius
of 570.00 feet, a radial line passing through said
point bearing North 59 02' 00' West; thence
3. Northeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 3 22' 00", an arc distance of 33.49 feet;
thence
4. South 55 40' 00" East radial to said curve, 26.00
feet; thence
5. South 57 26' 12" East 279.18 feet; thence
6. South 42 00' 00" East 220.00 feet; thence
7. South 44 30' 38" East 164.95 feet to a point of
intersection with the heretofore mentioned Common
Boundary Line of 1957 -58, said point of intersection
also being the intersection with a curve concave
Southeasterly, having a radius of 794.00 feet, a
radial line passing through said point bearing North
43 19' 13" West; thence
8. Northeasterly and Easterly along the last mentioned
curve, through a central angle of 40° 39' 50" an arc
distance of 563.52 feet; thence
9. South 2° 39' 23" East radial to said curve 60.00
feet to an intersection with a curve concave Souther-
ly having a radius of 734.00 feet (said curve being
concentric with the hereinbefore mentioned curve
having a radius of 794.00 feet); thence

10. Easterly along said curve through a central angle of
4° 08' 47 an are distance of 53.12 feet; thence
11. South 88 30' 36" East tangent to said curve 194.57
feet; thence
12. South 2° 25' 35" West 172.79 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Easterly and having a
radius of 372.00 feet; thence
13. Southerly along said curve through a central angle
of 13 09' 53" an arc distance of 85.47 feet to an
intersection with the heretofore mentioned Common
Boundary Line of 1957 -58; thence
14. North 81° 58' 54" West along a portion of said Common
Boundary Line of 1957 -58, a distance of 1,060.67 feet
to an angle point therein; thence
15. North 52 43' 23" West 578.82 feet along said Common
Boundary Line of 1957 -58 to the true point of begin-
ning.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of January 1963.
