63-0054RESOLUTION NO. 63R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 1535 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a petition for zoning variance from G. L. WUNSCH and MAXINE WUNSCH, owners of certain real property situated 'fin tfie ity o Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot 34 of Tract No. 2537, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 75, pages 38 and 39, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on December 10 19 62 notice of which said public hearing was duly given as requirec"1 by law and the provisions. of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt Resolution No. 555 Series 1962-63 denying Variance No. 1535 and WHEREAS, therafter, within twenty-two (22) days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal was filed with the City Council of the City of Anaheim protesting the action of the City Planning Commission denying said variance, and said appeal was set for public hearing, on January 15 1963 at 7:00 o 4 c l ock P.M. at the i Hall in the City of Anaheim, and notice of such public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, a slue investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all the evidence and reports offered at said hearing, the. City Council does find and determine that: 1. There is no substantial property ight_possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone and denied the subject property. 2. It appears that the subject property can be adequately developed and used under the present zone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission denying Variance No. 1535 be, and the same is hereby sustained, and that the petition for Variance No. 1535 to permit the establishment of a beauty salon within a residence situated on the property hereinabove described,be, and the same is hereby denied.
