A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirou
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. Easements for road and ublic utilit ur oses
an
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha -s offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of M. R. C. DEVELOPERS INC. a
California corporation.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following desc bed real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californi
to be used for easements for road and public utility purposes
and more particu arly described as follows

Meridian, described as follows:

San Bernardino Base and
Commencing at a point in the West line of Lot 10, Miles Rancho,
as per map recorded in Book 4, page 7, of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange Count, California, said point being located
699.94 feet North 0° 10 00" West from the Southwest corner of
said Lot 10, said Southwest corner being the intersection of the
center lines of roads as shown on a licensed Surveyor's Map, filed
in Book 1, page 55, Record of Surveys, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South 0 10' 00"
East 125 feet along the Westerly line of said Lot 10, said line
being the center line of a road as shown on said Licensed
Surveyor's Map; thence West 497.56 feet to the Northwesterly line
of that certain parcel of land described in Certificate of Title
No. 11,374; thence North 66 00' 45" East 318.61 feet along the
said Northwesterly line to an angle point therein; thence
South 89 04' 00" East 206.18 feet along the Northerly line of
said land described in Certificate of Title No. 11,374, to the
point of beginning.
Parcel Two: An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly five feet of the Easterly 186 feet of all
that land described in the above description. The Southerly 2
feet of the Northerly 5 feet above mentioned will be used for
electric power line and overhang purposes only.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
