A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD, ALLEY AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: Easements for road alle and ublic utilit
puurposes an
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DOUGLAS OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA,

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californi
to be used for easements for road, alley and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 126 of Tract No. 1951, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 63, pages 4 and 5 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, thence Westerly along the
Northerly line of said Lot 126 to an intersection with a line paralle
with and 20.00 feet Westerly of the East line of said Lot 126, thence
Southerly along the last mentioned parallel line, a distance of
154.66 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly
and having a radius of 25.00 feet, thence Southerly and Westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89 49 40" an arc
distance of 39.19 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with
and 13.00 feet Northerly of the South line of Lot 124 of said Tract
1951, thence Westerly along the last mentioned parallel line 75.07
feet, to an intersection with the West line of said Lot 124, thence
Southerly along a portion of the West line of said Lot 124 to the
Southwest corner of said Lot 124, thence Easterly along the South
line of said Lot 124 and the Easterly prolongation thereof to an
intersection with the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly lines
of Lots 126, 125 and 124 of said Tract 1951, thence Northerly along
the said Southerly prolongation and East lines of Lots 124, 125 and
126 of said Tract No. 1951 to the point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for alley and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 20.00 feet of Lots 124, 125 and 126 of
Tract No. 1951, as shown on a map recorded in Book 63, pages 4 and
5 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
