A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit An easement for ro _d•ub i u r
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the CI E and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM M. RAUM and MARY F. RAUM
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and •ublic utilit •ur•oses
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the following described parcel of land:
That portion of Lot 7 of Anaheim Extension, in the City of Anaheim,
Orange County, California, according to a map of Survey made by
William Hamel, acknowledged by Alfred Robinson, Trustee, and on
file in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Sycamore Street
and State College Boulevard, (formerly Placentia Avenue) running
thence South 0 07' 25" West along said center line of State College
Boulevard, a distance of 135.70 feet; thence South 74 29' 35" West
55.04 feet; thence North 0 07'25" East 82.70 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly, having a radius of 15.00
feet; thence Northwesterly and Westerly along said curve through a
central angle of 105 37' 50" an arc distance of 27.65 feet to a
point in a line that is parallel with and distant 32.00 feet south
of the center line of Sycamore Street; thence Northerly at right
angles from said parallel line to a point in the center line of
Sycamore Street; said point being South 74 29' 35" West 83.76 feet
from the point of beginning; thence North 74 29' 35" East 83.76
feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of January 196 3
