An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Lincoln
Avenue, with the center line of Rio Vista Street,
thence North 78 54' 31" West along the center line of
said Lincoln Avenue, a distance of 195.82 feet, thence
South 0 14' 26" West 56.00 feet, thence
South 78 54' 31" East 122.85 feet, thence
South 37 38' 03" East 43.43 feet, thence
South 0 14' 26" West 120.83 feet, thence

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
