A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY AND POWER
LINE OVERHANG PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: Easements for public utility and power line over
han urposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sel
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CO- ORDINATED SERVICE. a corporation.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for easements for

and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across those portions of Tract No. 4644, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 168, pages 44 and 45 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
The Southerly six (6) feet of Lots 27 and 28; the Northerly
three (3) feet of Lots 1 through 6, inclusive; the Easterly
three (3) feet of Lots 6 through 9 and 12 through 14, inclusive,
and Lots 22 through 27, inclusive; the Westerly three (3) feet
of Lots 15 and 17 through 21, inclusive, and the Southerly three
(3) feet of Lots 14 and 15.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for cross arms and electric power line
overhang purposes over, under and across those portions of said
Tract No. 4644, described as follows:
The Southerly two (2) feet of the Northerly five (5) feet of
Lots 1 through 6, inclusive; the Westerly two (2) feet of the
Easterly five (5) feet of Lots 6 through 9,and 12 through 14,
inclusive, and Lots 22 through 27, inclusive; the Easterly two
(2) feet of the Westerly five (5) feet of Lots 15 and 17 through
21, inclusive, and the Northerly two (2) feet of the Southerly
five (5) feet of Lots 14 and 15.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
