A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across
that parcel of land, described as follows:
The Westerly five (5) feet of the East 200 feet of the North
190 feet of the South 312 feet of the North 502 feet of the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
The Easterly 2 feet of the Westerly five feet, above described,
is to be used for electric powerline overhang purposes only.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the Cy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oractge, State of California,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General.Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 1000)
