A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: Easements for road and ublic utilit •ur•oses

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sel
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for easements for road and ublic utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Southerly 53.00 feet (as measured to the center
line of Ball Road) of that portion of the South half of the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Thirteen,
Township Four South, Range Eleven West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said Southwest quarter,
West 110.00 feet from the Southwest corner of the East five (5)
acres of said South half; thence North parallel with the West
line of said East five (5) acres to the South line of Tract
No. 2228, as said Tract is shown on a Map recorded in Book 69,
Pages 34 to 37, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence West 217.00 feet along the
South line of said Tract No. 2228; thence South parallel with
said West line of the East five (5) acres to the South line
of said Southwest quarter; thence East 217.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly half thereof.
PARCEL TWO:
An easement for public utility and alley purposes over, under
and across the Northerly 20.00 feet of the parcel of land
above described as Parcel One.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved d and signed by me
