1962-1077A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wito An easement for road and public utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the Ci y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GOCK WOEY JUNG and CHUN CHUN CHOW
JUNG, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land,
described as follows:
The Westerly 60.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of Brookhurst Avenue)
of the North 80 feet of Lot Five (5) in Block B
of Tract No. 13, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 9, page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
(For the purpose of this description, it is
assumed that the West line of said Lot Five (5)
is the center line of said Brookhurst Avenue.)
