A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, heretofore, by its Resolution No. 62R -1067
the City of Anaheim authorized the compromise of certain eminent
domain litigation, to wit: "City of Anaheim vs. James Goodman
et al.," Superior Court Case No. 108677; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the settlement thereof,
the City of Anaheim is in possession of a Full Reconveyance of
Lot 47 of Tract No. 1591 and a Grant Deed to the City of Anaheim
covering said Lot; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has requested that said
Full Reconveyance be recorded prior to the recordation of said
Grant Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following des-
cribed real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
Lot 47 of Tract 1591 as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 54, Pages 36 to 39 inclusive,
Miscellaneous Records of said County.
to the City of Anaheim, be and the same is hereby accepted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Full Reconveyance of
said property be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim and the Office of the City Attor-
ney is hereby directed to record said reconveyance prior to
recording said Grant Deed.
