A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 62R -969 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 62 -63 -2.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
October 30, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R -969 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 62 -63 -2, finding and determining that the various
parcels of property described therein should be changed from
R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, as more particularly set forth in said resolu-
tion, subject to certain conditions enumerated therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said parcels of
property described in Resolution No. 62R -969 are individually
owned, and that all of the owners have not complied with the
conditions of said resolution, and that said reclassification
proceedings have, therefore, not been completed; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received by the City Council
from the owner of one of said parcels of property for permission
to proceed with the reclassification of that particular parcel
of property separately, when all of the conditions applicable
to said parcel, as specified in Resolution No. 62R -969, have
been met and complied with; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said request
should be granted and that Resolution No. 62R -969 should be
amended to permit the reclassification separately of those
parcels of property described in said resolution, when the owner
or owners thereof have met and complied with all of the conditions
applicable to such parcel or parcels of property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -969 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 62 -63 -2 be, and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
That the reclassification of any of those
parcels of property described in
Resolution 62R -969 may be completed as and
when the owner or owners thereof have
complied with all of the conditions set
forth in said resolution which are applicable
to such parcel or parcels of property.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 62R -969 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of December, 1962.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 62R -1973 on the
18th day of December, 1962.
