A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILIT
IDURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for road and public utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CHARLES JOSEPH DUCOFF and CLARE
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oraage, State of California,
to be used for an easement for r. ad and bi
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly three (3) feet of Lot Ninty -nine (99) of
Tract No. 1565, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 49,
pages 20 through 2L of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of December 1962
