A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 62R -544.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6148 was inadvertently
rescinded in its entirety; and
WHEREAS, it was the intention of the City Council
to rescind only those portions of Resolution No. 6148 which
were superseded by the provisions of Resolution No. 62R -544,
being the rate schedules and classifications of employment;
and
WHEREAS, it was the intention of the City Council
to maintain all other provisions of Resolution No. 6148 in
full force and effect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all portions and provisions of
Resolution No. 6148, except those portions which are super-
seded or amended by the provisions of. Resolution No. 62R -544,
shall be in full force and effect from the 6th day of June,
1962, and that Section 6 of Resolution No. 62R -544 is amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 6
Resolution No. 7016 is hereby rescinded and
Resolution No. 6148 wherein the provisions of
said resolution are in conflict with the fore-
going shall be deemed amended in accordance
with the foregoing schedule of compensation and
schedule of employment classifications, but
except for such changes and amendments to said
Resolution No. 6148 all other provisions thereof
shall remain in full force and effect."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this
resolution amending Resolution No. 62R -544 shall be retro-
active and the provisions hereof shall be deemed effective
as of the date of adoption of Resolution No. 62R -544 for all
purposes.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of December, 1962.
