Purpose:
The purpose of this regulation is to establish a policy regarding bankruptcy notices.
Procedures:
Upon receipt of a notice from bankruptcy court, such notices shall be forwarded to the
Finance Director to make sufficient copies to notify all departments that might be
concerned. Such department shall contact the City Attorney for the preparation of the
necessary claim to file with the referee in bankruptcy.
