Purpose:
To establish a policy for use of City Hall Council Chamber and City Hall West
Conference Center.
The principal use of the City Council Chamber is City Council meetings. When it is not
being used for City council meetings, the Chamber may be used for City of Anaheim -
appointed boards and commissions, Zoning Administrator hearings, City staff conducting
City business and other government agencies (Federal, State, County, Municipal) to
conduct meetings which concern the City and citizens of Anaheim.
The City Hall West Conference Center is intended for use by City staff conducting City
business, government agencies conducting business which concerns the citizens of
Anaheim, City of Anaheim -appointed boards and commissions, and City staff conducting
business involving work -related professional organizations.
Responsibility:
The City Clerk's Office has responsibility for scheduling the City Council Chamber.
The Utilities Department has responsibility for scheduling the City Hall West Conference
Center.
Questions arising as a result of this Administrative Regulation will be resolved by the
City Manager or his designee.
