Purpose:
The purpose of this Regulation is to centralize for the City of Anaheim the acquisition,
sale and leasing of real property within the Departments of Public Works and Community
Development.
Procedures:
All acquisitions, sales and leasing of real property negotiated by these Departments shall
be subject to City Council approval. The Development Services Manager, Public Works
Department and the Deputy Director of Community Development are authorized to
negotiate terms and execute escrow instructions subject to the approval of City Council.
