A RESOLUTION O THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PEHHIT TO DONALD K. PULLMAN TO MOVE A
DWELLING FROM 1134 EAST. 17th STREET, SANTA
ANA, CALIFORNIA, TO RANDOM DRIVE,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA,
WEEREAS, Donald K. Pullman having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1134 East 17th Street, Santa Ana, California, to 2011
Random Drive, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 22nd day of March, 1960, at the hour of 7:00
o'clock P. M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the eroperty upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard and action thereon having been deferred
to this date to allow further investigation and consideration of
the matter of said house moving 2ermit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having duly considered said
application for a house moving permit, together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said Donald K. Pullman
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 1134 East
17th Street, Santa Ana, California, to 2011 Random Drive, Anaheim,
California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to com-
pliance with all of the provisions of Article VIII, Chapter 5 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving of buildings
from a point outside the City of Anaheim to a point within the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RE0OLU2ION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of March, 1960.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: Pearson.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the Gtty of Anaheim
approved and signed said resolution on the 29th day of Aarch, 1960.
