corporation organied and existing under and by virtue of the
laws of the State of California, at California Bank, Anaheim
Office, Anaheim, California', for the purchase of the hereinafter
described real property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, said California Bank Office, Anaheim,
California, is now ready to close said escrow, and a deed has
been erepared conveying said property to the City of Anaheim free
and clear of all encumbrances excee)t the second installment of
taxes for the fiscal year 1959-0 and all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, reservations rights of way and easements
of record.
