A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR •1 r

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility ourtioses and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to S City;: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DEPT. OF VETLRANa i FAIRS OF TH
;:TATE OF C LIFOR lA and 1° LBERT N. KLUTHE; and LITA, MILDRED KLUTHE,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility Purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

the Lesterly 53 feet (as measured at ri. a.n to the monumented
center lino of Placentia Ave.,) of that ?a of land located in the

That fortion of Lot 16 of Anaheim ixtent:10n, as shown on a map made
Of William Hamel, on file in the office of the County Recorder of
Los 'njeles County, California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Placentia i',venue, S.
0 05 15" W. 268.84 feet from the NE corner of said Lot 16, said
corner being considered to be the intersection of the center lines of
outh Street and Placentia Avenue, running thence 5. 0 05' 15" W.
106.1 feet along said center line of Placentia Lvenue; thence 5.
74° 36' 05" W. 270.72 feet a.lon a line parallel with the said center
line of Louth Street to a point in the Last line of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to C. L. Becker, by deed, recorded in Book

of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
