1960-5879WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on March 8, 1960, adopt Resolution No. 5859 in reclassifica-
tion proceedings No. F- 59- 60 -76, finding and determining that
the property described therein should be changed from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE tc R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE subject to certain conditions set forth
in said resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that in addition
to the conditions enumerated in said resolution to be com-
plied with before the property described therein will be
changed to a different zone, it will be necessary that the
owners of said property place of record standard City of
Anaheim R -3 Deed Restrictions and that Resolution No. 5859
be amended by adding an additional condition requiring the
owners of the property proposed to be reclassified to. place
of record standard City of Anaheim R -3 Deed Restrictions
approved by the City Attorney, within a period of 180 days
from the date of the adoption of said resolution, or such
further time as the City Council may grant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance completing said proposed change of zone and
amending Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code has never been adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5859, in reclassi-
fication proceedings No. F- 59- 60 -76, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding an additional condition thereto requiring
the owners of the property described therein to place of
record standard City of Anaheim R -3 Deed Restrictions
approved by the City Attorney within a period of 180 days
from the date of the adoption of said resolution, or such
further time as the City Council may grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5859 be and remain in full force and
effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and
submit to the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter
2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object
herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
