A RESOLUTION OF Thh CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utilit our oses s and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of WELBILT HOMES INC.; FRANCIS X. and
EDNA MOHaN. husband and wife: and BERT W. and ADA MARTIN. husband win
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and Public utility purposes 9
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1: The Westerly 53.00 feet of the Northerly 281.63 feet
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, Len Bernardino Base and
Meridian.
PARCEL 2: The Northerly 53.00 feet of the Westerly 170.00 feet
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 53.00 feet.
PARCEL 3: A triangular parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point 68.24 feet East of the West line of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Rnge 10 'Jest, n Bernardino Base and
Meridian, and 53.00 feet South of the Norta line of the North-
west quarter of said Section 12, the last mentioned North line
being the center line of La Palma Avenue; thence Westerly
parallel with the center line of Le Palma Avenue, a distance
of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the West line of
said Section 12, a distance of 15.00 feet; thence Northeasterly
in e direct line to the point of beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 01
